The main item of KEC-WorkFlow is the recording and management of internal and customer-related tasks. The single activities can be divided into process steps, milestones can be determined and their realisation can be traced.

Additonally, a time recording system is linked to the project management. This system makes possible an easy booking of office hours, calculating daily allowance and kilometre allowance and manages holidays and compensatory time of employees. Additionally, KEC-WorkFlow offers the possibility to plan and clearly visualise project times as well as holidays and training periods.

Another emphasis of the software is on accounting. With this module submissions can be managed, incoming invoices can be recorded and assigned to projects and outgoing invoices can be generated. Moreover, the dunning process is supported by the software.

With the module 'Taks list' internal ToDo’s can be generated and assigned to responsible persons whereas an assignment to corresponding projects is possible.

Additional elements of the software are for instance the supplier management (incl. supplier assessments in the sense of ISO 9001) or the risk/feasibility assessment in the course of the proposal preparation.

The described functions are supplemented by numerous overview and reporting options. The user administration allows the allocation of different access authorisations.
