Environmental and safety due diligence

As environmental and safety aspects can often seriously endanger the efficiency and stability of companies and increase costs, evaluations of companies increasingly do not only contain economic points. Consequently, at sites and organisations so called environmental and safety due diligence analyses are conducted to identify risks e.g. before buying a real estate or company and to avoid mistaken investments and high consequential costs.

This evaluation can be based on the standards ISO 14015 or ASTM E1527 which are worldwide accepted for environmental assessments of sites.
